Delsey

I am very disappointed in the service that Delsey SA has given me on two accounts. I have a brand new bag that was purchased in February 2019. After using it just once, it had a huge dent which is unacceptable given it is one of the more expensive DELSEY cases. I sent a message to DELSEY to inform them that the bag will need to be replaced as it has a 10 year guarantee. A lady called Manisha called me back. She was rather rude and insulting. She went on to ask me if the bag dented itself. This is actually the second time that I had a problem with Delsey and with Manisha. Delsey is an international brand and unfortunately the company that deals with DELSEY in SA is giving huge problems even though the bags come with 10 year guaranteed. I just need my bag replaced. I will never buy DELSEY luggage again because of the terrible service.
