Never Use Delron's Pet's Courier Services

I bought a puppy from a lady in Mossel Bay and everything went well.

She sent the puppy to the Delron's Pet's Courier Services and sent the puppy there. They contacted me and asked for a refundable R3300. I made the payment and waited for the delivery. I called the whole night and no answer. They have a cellphone number.

I then got a call that the driver was in a car accident and the puppy didn't make it. They asked me for my banking details to refund me for the purchase of the puppy, courier fee and the R3300.

I have been sending emails and have been calling and now the phone is always on voice mail. I am still waiting for my money and still no answer. I sent an email to the lady that I bought the puppy from to go to the courier office and see what the delay is and she has not yet come back to me.

Please pick up whatever that you have bought yourself so that you do not make the same mistake that I made. I will still keep calling them and will have to open a case against them.
