Disappointing Broker services - DELPHISURE GROUP INSURANCE BROKERS

I am currently having quite a poor experience with Heidi at Delphisure

Absolute poor management of 3rd part claims, does not acknowledge receipt of emails, does not respond to emails and very poor attitude when you eventually get hold of them via telephone. It has now been 9 days since we have signed a release agreement and till today I am still awaiting this matter to be resolved.
