This company also go by the name Zindo Properties which make out a huge part of there income as they own a lot of commercial properties . the worst place you can rent space from they are very friendly while you negotiate to rent there property after that they change into headless monsters send letters with out names give you verbal agreements to do things like in my case fit aircons to there building after 18 months they send me a letter i must remove my aircons otherwise they will end my 5 year lease because i am in bridge of contract . I obviously send them a letter from my lawyer to state that i am not in bridge of contract and that they have 7 days to retract there false claims but i have a good idea that this will end up in court as there bad reputation are ahead of them and i hear from other tenants they encounter similar problems with this people
