Worst service ever in the whole country.

I brought a property and paid in full but still struggling since May 2021 to get finalization on the sellers account so that it can be regsitered on my name. It is disgusting how bad the service is. The seller keeps on making arrangements and they do not accept it. I cannot put the water or Escom on my name due to this isseu and it is costing a lot of money to run a household on a generator and to buy water from neighbours.
