Misbehave of Manager

On the 22nd December 2017 between 15h30 and 16h30 enjoy a few drinks and snack the Lodge run out of ice.....Never knew it's the Bar Lady's responsibility to forseen enough stock and ice for the workplace.....isn't it the Manager's responsibility......the poor lady was assaulted in front of our public by verbally sweared upon due to insufficient ice available at the time of our visit to the Lodge.....we experienced always very good service from the Bar Lady's but THIS behaviour of a Manager reflect negatively on the bigger picture....what else is a Bar Lady's responsibility and what is she getting paid for......ringing ONLY Bells......
