Don't deal with Dell Online/First Technologies

Please people, don't buy from this company. If I knew that Dell Online was First Technology, then I would have never, ever, ordered any thing from them. They are the worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered a monitor from them and is struggling to get my monitor.
