Bad afterwards services

Laptop brand new stopped working a week after it was delivered, Dell support say the motherboard needs to be replaced. Apart from the fact that this now going on 2 weeks and still no technician had come out yet. I feel this laptop should have been replaced and not just fixed. Very bad after sales service.
