AVOID Dell Online - buy elsewhere

Their website advertised a monitor with USB-C connectivity, and I ordered it. On delivery when we plugged it in, the USB-C option does not appear. The website does not state that USB-C will not work for video. We then try to return it, and their support team says "NO", and basically tell us we should have done better research. Had I bought this from any other online website, they would have accepted the return. AVOID DELL ONLINE and rather buy from websites that offer customer service.
