You call customers " you people" while having failed me

Your driver could not be found, called you 2 times to check on my food and I was told they couldn't find the driver. The driver arrives at a time suited for them, I Do Not want the food so. Firstly, someone from your branch calls me in a split second when I return the delivery, I had to call 2 times to find out where my food is?????? Secondly the guy says "you guys" to me. DISRESPECT me!! Justine - Table View stop taking escalations with no context, next you deny my calls and want to force me to take the food. No apology Nothing... And I am not "you guys". Train your staff!
