Worst delivery company ever

After many many orders from this ridiculous excuse for a delivery company I am sick and tired of how they treat customers when they are at fault and act like there is nothing they can do. I placed an order today at 5:30 and called them at 5:50 to confirm that they received the order as I know how slack they are in placing orders with restaurants. The lady on the phone said she had placed the order and then almost 30 min later I get a call from the assistant manager saying they don't have mussels at the restaurant I ordered from and he would like me to choose a replacement before he places the order. At which time I told him the lady said the order was already placed. He then responded to say yes she confirmed that my online order was placed, yes I know that smartass I placed it. I asked for someone with some authority to call me as I am sick of how this company operates and the lack of customer service the table view branch has
