We have had enough of this service

We have overlooked this matter for to long now but enough is enough. On numerous occasions have we ordered food from Delivery Extreme as much as 6 days a week and end up paying the delivery fee (R18.00) as well. We have all the slips to prove this. From *********** people taking orders to drivers arriving late with our food to wrong orders being delivered, cold food, rude staff you name it we have experienced it. The staff at this branch all knows me and knows my name and every order i have placed with them i have to sure that they understand what it is that i have ordered. When i complain (even to the manager who knows me and my name) all they end up saying is sorry...sorry....sorry ....sorry. If i have to add up how much we have spent with Delivery Extreme as a company over just one year you will be shocked. Some days i place 2/3 orders in one day and end up paying that delivery fee. We have had enough of their bad service and i will try my best not to use them again because every time they proof me right that they will mess up my order somehow. Today i placed an order again after a while with out a doubt it arrived late food was cold and driver was rude.
