Wainting 2 and a half hours

Seriously now, I've called 8 times been told how many times 20 more minutes no 5 more minutes. Still nothing!<br> We've been waiting for more than 2 and a half hours for the food that was supposed to be delivered after 45mins.<br> This service is going backwards and backwards. This is why people stop using you guys and I was even warned to not use delivery extreme and after I actually told all my friends to start using this service. Now I'm not so sure anymore!
