Very angry client

I am highly disappointed in the service I have been receiving from them lately. My husband and I have spent a lot of money ordering through them, and I have had issues receiving food from, McDonald's strand, John Dorry's, and steers in Gordon's Bay to name a few.

When I phone the manager of delivery extreme and complain i am met with an incredibly rude attitude. And when even though it is not my fault I am having to pay extra money in which is completely unacceptable. I am incredibly unhappy with the so called service I am receiving and will no longer be supporting the above mentioned businesses.
