They take your money and do not deliver the food

I placed an order at 12.30pm online and paid on my credit card. After one and a half hours of waiting for the food i phoned and asked when my food was being delivered only to be told they did not even have my order as their systems were down. I asked for a refund as i had already waited long enough for them to deliver and i got told the manager was on their way in and i had to wait for them to get a refund. Do not use this service they are utterly useless.
