Terrible service yet again

<p>Today at 18:29 I ordered Nandos through Delivery Xtreme</p> <p>I had to phone to confirm my order. Faith confirmed that the order will be delivered by 19:36. At 19:40 I phoned again to follow up as the food was not delivered. She then stated that there was a problem but the food will reach me by 20:05</p> <p>Its now 20:16. Still no food. She stated that the driver will be there before we hang up the phone. That's incorrect.&nbsp;</p> <p>On the original call she also mentioned that the salad we ordered will now be an extra R10. Never on the website did it mention that. I asked for an email to be send to explain this. No email has been send.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Food here now. I'm extremely disappointed in the terrible service received.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
