Terrible Service...3rd week in a row!

<p>I have had the worst service ever from Delivery Extreme's Melville Branch. From getting my orders wrong, late deliveries (2 hours!!!) and rude and arrogant drivers, I've just had it. On Friday I placed an order at 18.36 with Sibongile. 2 hours passed and I got 4 calls from 2 different numbers advising me that the driver is outside. 4 times going downstairs to no-one...in the middle of winter, sick with flu, 6 months pregnant with 2 preschoolers. Annoyed to say the least, I call the numbers just for the call to be dropped in my ear. I called Delivery Extreme where Lufuno answers my call, promises to call the driver but nothing happens...I am still awaiting a call from the owner of the company as promised by the manager on duty. Terrible! Totally disgruntled!</p>
