Terrible Service

I ordered cigarettes and steers. The order came 1 and half hours later cold and the wrong cigarettes. Also I have invoices here over the past 2 years from when I order online. There has not been 1 time when there prices online are the actually as advertised. When I get the order I have to pay R20 To R3O more on my initial invoice. Terrible service. They should not be allowed to rob people like this. It is wrong.
