Terrible late service

Would have loved to give half a star. I have ordered from the delivery xtreme before and understand the wait can be long but on this occasion we waited from time of placing call till delivery 1h55 minutes. I ended up calling as the company clearly cannot be bothered with customer service and communicating with clients. The driver also got lost finding our address my thought is that's if you are employed as a delivery person have gps at the minimum to help you out. Shocking . Poor quality. Poster child of poor service standards.
