SHOCKING!!!!

On Friday evening the 27th of June I placed and order with the Delivery Xtreme Cresta branch and was brought the incorrect meal. I phoned the Cresta branch and a woman said she would call the restaurant and call me back (I never received a call back) I waited 20 minutes and then phoned again, I spoke with the manager and he said to me that they had phoned the restaurant and the restaurant was adamant that the delivery was correct however that cannot be true as the delivery receipt says the opposite. The manger also turned around and said that he cannot promise that problem will be resolved, hence refused to bring me a new biryani and take away the 12 samosas I did not order. I found the manager to be extremely rude hence causing me to raise my voice. He refused to help me!! I phoned the head office and explained what had happened and they said they would get back to me. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I posted a complaint on their Facebook page yesterday under reviews and they still haven't gotten back to me.
