Repeated terrible service delivery

I have stupidly attempted to use this food delivery service 3 times now, giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the first and second time were merely unfortunate issues. However now on the third attempt, i actually can't believe that a company can give SUCH terrible service. They are an online service and all three times have used excuses of complications with orders being because of the online order. Either that the order got the wrong things ordered or the order itself wasn't submitted. This all leading to many follow up phone calls to the company to follow up on our orders. They often don't answer the phone, or you end up speaking to different people with different stories about why the order has not arrived more than an hour and half later. We have got the wrong food delivered after waiting so long, we have received cold food and now on the last attempt, we have phoned so many times eventually to be told that the order wasn't even placed, nearly two hours of waiting. Now other delivery companies have stopped delivering at this hour so we can't even use another company. Absolutely ridiculous. What sort of service is this?
