Poor service

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I made an online booking where I was informed that it would take 45 minutes for my order to arrive. After waiting over an hour I eventually called the table view branch to find out where my order was... to be told they don't call regular customers to confirm orders, I understand this, but surely if your order is going to be late they can call you to inform you? Or send you an sms update of your order? My order eventually arrived 1:30 after the order was placed and the driver informed me there was a delay from col'cacchio... what a way to pass the buck! My pizza was stone cold which tells me it had been there waiting to be collected! Thank goodness I had not paid for the order online. What was even more disappointing was that management doesn't even seem to care enough to phone and apologise or try rectify their poor service
