Pathetic service from Delivery Xtreme Sunninghil!!

So i ordered food from Mochachos via Delivery Xtreme, I called in at 19:40, the order was placed, and by 21:15, the delivery had still not arrived!! When i called in to place the order, I was advised by Lebo (who is clearly *********** to handle any telephonic order) that the delivery would take 40 - 45 minutes, and unbelievably the order arrived more than an hour and a half later!! - and to add to it all, the food was tossed around in the package, with the rice and salad dressing pouring out of the brown bag that it would have been delivered in.<br> <br> Apparently, as per the delivery guy,they didn't know that Mochachos closes at 9 pm, and that's why he was late, anyway, THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!!<br> <br> Before he could leave, the delivery guy tells me that HE would now have to pay for the food, thinking that I would pay for that **** - to which i responded that it is not my problem - he needs to sort that out with Mochachos Sunninghill and Lebo!<br> <br> Horrible first time experience, never again will I use this service provider, and neither would I advise anyone to use Delivery Xtreme Sunninghill, rather stick to the **OLD SCHOOL** MR DELIVERY, FOR A SPEEDY, ON-THE-BALL, PROFESSIONAL delivery.
