Not happy to be working

So I called this morning to your Goodwood/Parow branch, only to be greeted by one of your staff who is clearly not in the mood to be working today. Apart from being cut off while asking questions, this gentleman was incredibly off putting, foul mood and while taking my order I could hear him banging on the keyboard.<br> <br> Its unfortunate that he has to work today, perhaps next time put someone on a shift that is willing to work and if not, at least just be more professional on the phone. <br> <br> Besides phoning before 11, and being told the restaurant only opens at 11h30...I can expect my order at 13h20? that's nearly two hours after the restaurant opens.<br> <br> What a terrible first time experience. You can definitely count on me not using you guys again.<br> <br> I felt as though I was an inconvenience - how dare I phone on a day between a public holiday & weekend.<br> <br> I don't expect feedback, I just expect this to be addressed with the gentleman by the name of Hannes.<br> <br> Thanks!
