No one wants to assist and passes the buck

Hi<br> I have now called on 3 different occasions and get promised that someone will call me back....but no one does. On Friday 14 December I ordered pizza's for my family and my credit card was debited twice. Once for R582 and another for R600. Every time I call they advise that they are looking into it. Yesterday I spoke to the Manager on duty and she advised that the owner who does the accounting will be in at 6pm and call me as soon as he arrived. It is now the next morning and I still haven't heard anything. This is a disgrace and I need my money....it isn't small change in a family of 5. Can someone please do something about this.<br> Regards<br> Irene
