Late delivery and missing order

I placed my order at around 5:39pm and received the order,with calling so many times to inquire at about 8:10pm. They said they will get back to me to track where the driver is but never did. I then realised the sauce is missing which I had to call for again and was told the driver is going to go fetch it then come back to me. It is 8:46pm now and I am still waiting, hoping they will at least call to let me know he is on is way back or let him communicate with me than the silence until the restaurant I ordered from(Cattle Baron Steak ranches and grill houses) closes. The delivery time is up to 45min as stated on the booklet so I don't know what is going on, at least communication would help.<br> I have just received a call from the driver saying he will come with the sauce in about 20min.
