How can you even operate like this???

Place an order via the website on 04/05/2016 at 18h52 order nr: 9971. As stated on the website 45 mins sometime it can take a bit longer but after 2hrs no call to say there's an delay or issues so I phoned the tableview branch where the order were placed only get greeted by a very rude person with no explanation why it's taking so long only to get told another 15 to 20 mins. The order never even got here!!!! This is absolutely pathetic service and not the first but sure as hell the last time and will make a valued effort to make sure everyone knows how terrible you really are.
