HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

We ordered Mimmo's via delivery xtreme this evening - and what a mission!! I called at about 18:50 and placed the order. I was informed that the card machines where out...and as a result our order would be delayed. What no one told me is that delayed in THEIR meaning of the word means that after more than one hour, they called me to confirm that they are now PLACING OUR ORDER... What the hell??? According to them they had only then received the machine but why did no one think of ordering WHILE they waited for the card machines. When I asked about this, I received an attitude about this and the operated started to argue with me as if it was my fault that they don't have card machines available... So ***********... I ended up cancelling my order otherwise we would have waited another 45 mins! This is also not the first time that this has happened, and half the time I have to hear that the \machines are out/not available". For goodness sake just get more machines and teach your operators how to treat customers!!! Or never mind"
