Horrible delivery service. Horrible customer service. *****.

I wish there was an option for no stars. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and ordered MEDIUM meals. Large meals were delivered and I left it and paid for it. Last week I placed an order, it was supposed to arrive within 30-45 minutes but arrived 1h30min later, soggy and cold. When I called to complain, the operator spoke to a manager and called me back with an offer of a new meal or R180 discount off my next meal. They tried to blame the restaurant but the previous week I ordered the exact same meal and it didnt arrive in that condition. I took the discount because I was not prepared to wait another 45minutes for a meal. Now when trying to place a new order today I'm told that I can only get 10% off and that they never agreed to R180 discount, the operator apparently made a "mistake". This is absolutely horrible customer service and I will no longer be supporting these *****. Obviously I was **** to about the discount so that they could get me off their backs and they fully intended to ***** me over when I called back. Absolutely shameless people. They refuse to take ownership for their mess ups. This "manager" doesnt even have the decency to follow through with a promise made to a customer, clearly they couldnt care less. Then they have the audacity to tell me that the operator no longer works there because he provided false information, this is either a lie or indicates that Delivery Xtreme is a messed up establishment that refuses to take liability for anything and just blames everything on staff, drivers or restaurants.
