Fodgy Delivery extreme

Rating actually a O Worst service ! Staff lying covering up for each other. Waited more than an hour and 15 min pizza “supposedly ordered from panarottis, “ but arrived here in a brown plain box, terrible quality ICE COLD !!! Owner is apparently sorting out problem???? They refusing refund! I smell a rat?????
