First impressions very poor

<p>so this 'delivery extreme' seem to be the new food delivery service. Order a meal at 8pm and was assured it would be here by 9:45 at the very latest. Well it's been 2.5 hours now. Can almost guarantee the food will be cold as well. EXTREME INCOMPETENCE sounds much more fitting. </p>
