Extremely bad service

What bad service is this???

It’s been 2hrs and 26mins and I haven’t received my order. I ordered Nandos earlier this evening and I still haven’t received my food. I had to call about 3times and still no food. I called the Menlyn services and I live 8min away from Menlyn.

I’m so disappointed, I’ve been using this service but today was just extremely bad delivery service.
