Disgusting Service.L

<p>Today I ordered pizza from spice it up in Goodwood. The order was supposed to come before 19.50. However after calling numerous time and the team unable to get hold of the driver my food arrived about 20.15. The food was cold and decided to call the team to complain. As I leave the driver to call the team he goes and feels the food with his hands. Totally disgusting. I am utterly disgusted regarding the service. The I explained with much irritation to the manager what happened. Do you know what she says... "I can get you a new pizza order which will come in an hours". Disgusting and very unprofessional. My family was going crazy especially the kids. You just lost a loyal customer delivery extreme. </p>
