Delivery Xtreme Melville Terrible Service

This is Delivery Xtreme Melville. I placed an order from Tops through them. All was fine and my order was confirmed. Twice. I received an email with my order confirmation. When the driver arrives with my order, my invoice has suddenly escalated from R169 to R250!!!!! I call the office and the guy I'm speaking to is trying to justify the fact that the invoice cost is more than originally agreed. He says to me "Oh but we have a disclaimer that says prices are subject to change". Well if that's the case, CALL YOUR CUSTOMER to inform them of price changes instead of just springing an invoice for almost double the price!!! I'm disgusted by your service!
