I placed an order for Nando's Blackheath for a half chicken and side,2l Coke and a roll and was shocked when i was told it would cost R167.40 including delivery.I decided to contact Nando's Blackheath and was pleasantly surprised that they had their own delivery service and that my order cost me R129.90 including delivery.I decided to contact Delivery xtreme and confirm if my order was taken down correctly and the price remained unchanged until I informed Sam that I had received a lower price from Nando's he started making excuses about a system giving the wrong quotes after he confirmed the ridiculous quote he then gave me the correct quote of R135 including delivery.I have been overcharged on delivery before and was assured that I would receive a credit for the amount on my next delivery only to find out that there was no mention or record kept of it.I strongly recommend that Nando's no longer associate or do business with this ******* delivery service that is bringing their name into disrepute.All other outlets should refuse to do business with them until they have have eradicated the ******* practices within this organisation and prove to be more transparent and consistent.
