awful service

Just now I placed an order with Delivery Xtreme Randburg!<br> <br> After placing the order I told the lady to just hang on to that order for my husband wanted to change something and I will give her a call back now!<br> <br> She threw the phone down in my ear and I phoned back and asked her... did you just put the phone down in my ear? She was like \oh no sorry mam I was taking another call'<br> I said no... you put it down because you thought I was cancelling the order!!<br> <br> Last weekend we also wanted to order from you guys... the lady said no sorry we can't order now she will call back and just ended the call as well!<br> <br> An HOUR later they phoned us back and said... oh now we can place the order!<br> <br> What in the world is up with your service?????<br> I am so disappointed and I am sorry... No person delivering a service will talk to me like that or have that attitude!!<br> <br> Please get your staff in order! It is a disgrace that people think they have a right to deal with a customer like that!!!"
