Appalling service

<p>They are pathetic when it comes to orders! The first time it happened was excusable but to get orders incorrect consistently not on. Online pricing does not always correspond to prices that is given for payment. When making an online order, you received the order number yet when you call in to enquire about your order the order does not exist. Disgusted at the service. These are only 2 of the problems I've encountered in a short period of time. The level of service they supply when they accept an order from an incorrect branch is even worse. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. Nor do they know what extreme delivery actually means! </p>
