A COMEDY OF ERRORS

First the basics. Compared to MrD, DOUBLE the fee, DOUBLE the delivery time, app doesn't allow you to log in, website is badly designed (forces no garnish selections). Then today's order. First delivery guy picked up food and disappeared off planet earth. So 90 minutes later I had to call THEM only to be told oh yeah that happened and a 2nd guy is picking up a new order for us as we speak (only to wait another 30 minutes for a literally 2km trip). Then he didn't missed call as indicated on order, only to have head office phone me. THEN he forgot to bring a card machine ALSO specified on order... LUCKILY I had cash. What a TERRIBLE experience all around. Take my advice, just download the MrD app, guys!
