2 hour wait and got the order wrong!!!

I called Delivery Xtreme on the 25.08.2015 at roughly 20:12 - placed an order with the Operator (Adon), my order was 1 chicken fillet burger with peri chips and a buddy sprite, as well as 5 chicken wings with peri chips and a regular cole slaw from Nando's. Just before Adon could confirm the meal, the line was cut, Adon was kind enough to ring me back (which I appreciated) He then went on to confirm my meal mentioned above - 3 TIMES!!!!!! and said that the food should arrive by 21:00, I was happy to wait. The delivery man only pitched up just before 22:00!! I am extremely unhappy with this, my girlfriend and I were both hungry and had to wait so long only to find that ONLY the burger meal arrived! The delivery man then offered to go back to a Nandos to get the wings, while I do appreciate that, we had to wait even longer! This is absolutely pathetic service, I will never use this service again and I will tell everybody I know about it!
