I would like to commend Delivery Man, George for employing a superstar such as Ryan to work their telephones. I have dealt with her a few times, and she has always proven to be very knowledgeable. But what really sets her apart is her willingness to go the extra mile for her customers. Brilliant job, Ryan - people should take notes from you on how customer service should be delivered.
