poor service delivery

we ordered lunch at 3 today, they only calling now at 7 pm to tell me that im in a zone where they do not deliver but did not let me know when it was still early . bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad. not going to use it anymore. delivery ka speed just launched recently and already offering poor service like this in Mabopane and soshanguve
