Horrible

I really wanted to support but the disappointment I was served in terms of service surpasses the enthusiasm I had, I ordered my meal at 14:40, I received a call from Oratile (I cannot fault his respect, telephone etiquette and communication) He called to confirm my address at 15:05, time went on and I waited mind you the delivery time said 15:35. I didn't call them when the time passed coz I believed the food will arrive on some grace period. 16:11 I receive a call from Kgalalelo (also cannot fault him in terms of telephone etiquette) only for him to also be confirming my address and for him to text me and tell me that he is still waiting for the food of which Oratile said the same over an hour ago. I'm disappointed so much that the concept "Ka Speed" is so misused. What saddens me even worse was that regardless of how expensive buying on their app is, theres no sense of urgency even in communication _ I reported this matter on the app help but no response was provided. I don't think I will ever use the App let alone recommend for anyone until such issues are fixed. To think I ignored the reviews 😔
