WAS VERY GOOD TO BE TRUE, ****, A HUGE FLIPIN ****

Mother Gosh, I have ordered 7 weeks ago, 1st mentioned an issue on "Awaiting fulfillment" for the entire 4 weeks. Status changed to "Fulfilment complete". Now trying to request reason for no shipping, the link refers me back to my email notification once shipping is done. Been sending emails, lots and lots of emails, NO RESPONSE. lately the page is currently available!! MY R3488,00 GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. How on earth will I recover my money?
