Poor service

<p>To whom it may concern.</p> <p>I today visited your eastrand mall, Boksburg Deli delicious during my lunch break at 11:22 on the 04.04.2017. With two consultants present.</p> <p>I requested a pie, and I only had a R100 note with me. The pregnant cashier which whom I asked her name but didn't bother letting me know,but rather asked why do I want to know ...with attitude then said she doesn't have change. There was a second person working to help assist but they didn't.</p> <p>I then got change elsewhere, the consultant rang the pie..as she opened the drawer there was change. She had **** all along, that to me is dishonesty and very poor service to let a customer run around like a headless chicken when the consultant knows very well they have change, and just want more change for their use.</p> <p>Do take this upon your staff, because it's pathetic!</p> <p>I would kindly request feedback on this matter.</p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p>
