Bad service and disrespect to customers

<p>Hi</p> <p>I wish I could say good day but it has been messed up by one of you franchises in Steeledale.</p> <p>Please look at the pictures attached and tell me this is the type of pies you make as a shop for people to eat?</p> <p>I sent someone to buy 2 pies for me and this is what I got. I sent him back to change the pie or ask for a refund but to my suprice no pie and my money. They told him I need to come to speak to the manager who are coming back after 2pm I went, leaving my office and my work, but when I arrived they were not there.<br />So, I actually left my office for nothing and I'm at work. The ladies there say they complained to the owner/manager about a faulty oven but he did nothing about it. and they continued to sell such, burned pies. R17.50 for a burned pie... This is nonsense!!!!! I left my numbers after they refused to call him for me to speak to him on the phone or to give me his number, this was 14:15 and now it's 15:37 as I speak to you.</p> <p>I need my money back, I lost my lunch time,took extra time at work and go ****ty service. People cannot be treated like this. We have rights as consumers and don't deserve to be treated like animals... even animals are not treated like this. where's the respect!!!!</p> <p>Please respond as soon as possible.</p> <p><br />Thank you</p>
