Bad service

I normally send my boyfriend to bring me samoosa from the shop mentioned above, yesterday I decided to pop in myself. After asking a sales person there not to put chicken and mutton in a same pack, she refused to separate them and offered to give back my money. I'm not sure what was going on in her head but I could tell that her attitude is a norm practice, I asked for the person in charge both staff members who were in front refused to indulge the information and continue to tell me how much they don't care. Very disappointed and me, family, friends and neighbours will not be eating samoosas from there, will be preaching the gospel. What made matters worse is when I check their walls to see if the manager nor owners contacts were displayed somewhere in the shop there was none, their website has the number that is answered by the same people who are not sure of their purpose there. I don't think for a moment they even know that their jobs depends on customers. I am extremely annoyed
