bad fault found

I went to Delhi delicious at the Witbank Mall to purchase pies for lunch. In the ine pie I found a steel piece coming out of the corner. Didn't look like foil so I'm still very confused as to what it is. This is very bad customer service.please sort out and check products before baking.
