House and car breaking still waiting on saps

I just want to make people aware of the poor service a person gets at delft saps 2 weeks ago my brothers car was broken into and the suspect also tried entering their house threw the back safety gate officers came and checked out everything and told my brother to go to the station to open a case it has been 2 weeks later and we still have not heard from them again last week Friday we caught the suspect ourselves and handed him over to saps till today we haven't heard anything from them yest they promised to come the day after the incident to take fingerprints but still have not done so I will personally be sending an email to head of saps department to report this matter
