Delft municipality poor service delivery

The delft municipality has poor service. I have issues with water since 2017. It's been 8 days now with no water. The water meter written bootloader. I log a complaint on 04 March; no one came to fix the watermeter. I went back on the 07th and 8th March. Still no one came to fix the watermeter. I don't what to do anymore. This thing has been happening for over a year now. I think more 3 watermeter has been changed. I will stay up 3 weeks with no water. This is unfair I pay tax but still receive poor service delivery.
