Bad health care workers

As a parent a year back I went for my child's deworming. The nurse told me to come back 2 weeks before his 6th b.day for an appointment date to get his 6 year old stuff. So the security named Nolan told me to just come on his b.day Soni went and at 2 as I was instructed. On the 27th November. I went in and the nurse that was assisting I think she was on lunch. She talked through the cleaner while I was standing next to her not even looking at me. On my child's n.dqy she had me Waited 2 hrs and didn't even help me I must return on the Friday. So unhappy they treat us like animals at that place. We as delft people really need help as to how government workers treat us
